Step 2: Visit the ICEGATE Portal

    1. Go to the ICEGATE website: https://www.icegate.gov.in

    2. Click on “Sign Up” at the top-right corner.


 

Step 3: Choose User Type & Fill Registration Form

    1. Select the User Type (Importer/Exporter, Customs Broker, Airline, etc.).

    2. Enter IEC Number and GSTIN (if applicable).

    3. Provide Business Name, Address, and Contact Details.

    4. Upload scanned copies of required documents.

    5. Enter the Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) details.

 


Step 4: Verification & OTP Confirmation

    1. An OTP (One-Time Password) is sent to your registered email and mobile number.

    2. Enter the OTP to verify your identity.


 

Step 5: Approval & Login Credentials

    1. After successful verification, CBIC reviews your application.

    2. If approved, you will receive login credentials via email.

    3. Log in to ICEGATE using your credentials and change the default password.
