Step 2: Download the Trademark Examination Report

    1. Visit the IP India Website: https://ipindia.gov.in

    2. Click on “Trade Mark Application/Registered Mark”

    6. Sign using DSC (Digital Signature Certificate)

    7. Click Submit and receive an Acknowledgment Receipt

 


Step 6: Wait for the Trademark Registrar’s Response

    1. If the reply is accepted, the application moves to Trademark Journal Publication.
